News and/or Rants!

          Is it just me, or has this week actually been really, really slow?  I swear I woke up Wednesday and I was purely convinced that it was Thursday.  Same thing when I woke up Thursday, I could have sworn it was Friday.  I tell you, I will relish in this weekend like a bubble bath… ooh, that sounds like a great idea!  Everyone, locate your nearest tub and commence in bubble pouring!

          So here’s the deal with the Con.  It being Friday and all, Jake and I will be there for opening ceremonies and hang out to see what all the geeks have pulled together this year.  I stopped by the local anime place and bought a shirt specifically for Saturday.  So if you see some chick with short, light brown hair running around in an InuYasha shirt, that would be me.  Yes, I have my entire wardrobe ready for this weekend!  Friday, I will be in a blue/green sarong with a cute little black shirt.  Saturday is jeans and InuYasha, and Sunday…. Well, I’ll let you find out for yourself!  Come to Mile High Con to see the exciting conclusion of Diana’s extensive sense of style!

            Allow me to make this disclaimer before you get totally confused.  In the comic, I have long, blonde hair.  This is in a certain degree of falsehood.  I, in fact, used to have long blonde hair.  My hair NATURALLY turned light brown, and I basically cut off a good… 14 inches or so.  The hair Jake has portrayed me having was actually in the transition stage between long and blond to brown and short.  Here is what I look like. Jake looks like this. 

          Well hey, we will let you guys know how everything goes on Monday’s rant, and we may even treat you to some posts (if we are not zombies when we get home, which may happen.)  So have a great weekend everyone and hope to see some of you around!
