News and/or Rants!

Hey guys it's Di.  How is everything?  Things have been doing good for Jake and I recently.  I would first like to intorduce our new forums!  Please everyone come join our forums and talk directly to the creators of A51.  Aren't you excited?  I am!
I am going to start this rant by saying, "'tis the season."  Why do I say that?  Well, let me explain.
Now that basically eveyone is setteling into the new school year, teachers are begining to dump masses upon masses of homework a night.  Even the elementary schools are becomming vile distributors of the devil's confection.  I was helping my cousin with her homework Monday night... and Oh my!  How is it that kids in like the fourth grade are doing things that I never did in high school?!?!?  If this trend keeps going, a two year old could become the head technician for NASA!  So my words of wisdom for our youth is don't let your happy place become bombarded with work.
I sthwear if I ged any more sthubbed up, I'm goin to explode.  Everyone knows what I'm talking about.  The creeping crud is crawling, and it caught up with me.  This happens about this same time every year, and it makes me so miserable.  Jake caught another version of it.  You know, the one that makes you cough and hack 24/7?  Yeah, that one sucks too.  Oh yeah.
As Jake said earlier, it's Colorado High School's State Band Week.  Woohoo!  I don't know what Jake was bragging about his former high school getting first so much, even though they have.  Jake and I are from two different high schools with a bitter band rivalry.  His school always won, and my school always got second.  Yeah, it is so sad.  But this year, things will be different!  No more Pomona losers tipping off the judges!  Grrrrrrrrr!  Go Northglenn!
You can see it in the air, on the ground, and in the stores.  The air turns chill, leaves float to the ground in a cascade of gold and brown, and the candy aisle is packed to the rafters with ghoules, gobblins, and vampires.  No, I'm not talking about a Warhammer tourney, I'm talking about Halloween, my favorite holiday!  Time to boogy on down like a ghost in a haunted club!  Woohoo!!!!  Can you feel the Spirit!?!?!?!
So just remember guys, take it easy.  It's fall, when we wish the summer a fond farewell and prepare for the cold months ahead.  Everyone enjoy the time by jumping in a pile of leaves and stealing some unsuspecting Trick-Or-Treater's candy.  I want to extend my love and fondness of all those special people this fall.  Thanks for the love and encouragement this year.

Your Loving Poetic Nerd,
Di
